GARWOOD-At last week’s meeting of the Garwood Mayor and Council, the Council honored resident Tammy Kleeman with the Community Spirit Award. Mayor Jen Blumenstock stated that Christina Socha, a resident of Garwood, reached out to her with a beautiful story and was looking for a way to honor a helpful resident.
