WESTFIELD — The ARC of Union County returned before the Westfield Board ofAdjustment Monday to continue its hearing for a new care home for residents with disabilities at 901 Morris Avenue. ARC previously presented designs at the Board’s January 2026 meeting, but received push back on the size and architectural style of the property. If approved, the one-story ranch would be home to four residents with two caregivers on site round the clock. Board members Samuel Reisen and Paul Eilbacher were absent from the three-and-a-half hour long proceedings.
