Westfield Approves Amended Redevelopment Agreement
WESTFIELD — The Westfield Town Council tackled a heavy agenda Tuesday night that resulted in an amended agreement for the Prospect and Ferris redevelopment plan, the designation of a new local historic landmark and the passage of several ordinances that will bring the town closer to compliance with the state’s most recent round of affordable housing mandates.
