WESTFIELD – Stefanie Lalor, award winning artist and local shop owner will share how she blends her passion for both art and framing in an upcoming talk as part of the 16th Annual Hale Speaker Series. Her talk, titled 'TheArtist Framer' will be delivered Wednesday, November 19, at 7 p.m. at the Westfield Memorial Library, 550 East Broad Street. This is the final talk of the season for the Hale Speaker Series.
