Cougar Wrestlers Pull Out Thriller Over Rahway, 41-34

“Senior Night” in Cranford was not only the final regular-season home match but it would turn out to be the most thrilling and important one for Union County (UC) bragging rights when the Cougars faced the Rahway Indians on January 30. After a bleak first five bouts, the Cougars won six of the next seven bouts, which included a highly anticipated showdown at 190-lbs, to secure a 41-34 victory.
