WESTFIELD — Steeple Concerts at St. Paul’s is thrilled to present the legendary clarinetist David Shifrin in concert at 5pm on Sunday, November 16. The program will include works by Brahms, Debussy, Poulenc, Bernstein, and others. The concert willbe at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 414 East Broad Street, Westfield, NJ.
