Kean Constituent Services Return Over $7 Million to NJ-07 Residents

AREA– Today, Congressman Tom Kean, Jr. (NJ-07) announced that his casework team has returned more than $7,266,603 to constituents.

Since the office opened in January of 2023, Congressman Kean and his team have closed over 2,300 constituent cases, representing over $7,266,603 dollars returned to New Jerseyans in the 7th District.

From the beginning of Congressman Kean’s term in office, Team Kean has closed close to 126 cases per month, helping constituents save money and obtain benefits from the VA, IRS, Social Security Administration, and other federal agencies. The top three groups of people served are seniors, veterans, and families.

“Since January 2023, my office has helped return over $7 million to New Jerseyans in the 7th Congressional District,” Congressman Kean said. “I came to Congress to fight for New Jerseyans so that everyone in our community has the support and resources they need to thrive. Whether it’s helping them retrieve their hardearned Social Security benefits or working with the IRS, Team Kean is here to help. I am thankful for the hard work of our constituent services team, who proudly put their all into helping every constituent in need.”

Team Kean received the following message from a constituent in Flemington after helping to resolve an issue with a government agency: “The office staff treated my problem with understanding, very polite people, they helped our family a lot in solving our problem. Highly professional specialists, kind and responsive people. Thank you so much!” Nara from Flemington.

Team Kean is always here to help. If you or someone you know needs help with a federal agency, please do not hesitate to contact the office. You can find more information here: https:/ /kean.house.gov/services/help-federal- agency or call (908) 547-3307. Team Kean also hosts frequent Satellite Office Hours, the first week of every month.
