UNDEFEATED SEASON...On March 15 at Morris Knolls High School, the Westfield Girls 7A Travel team defeated Chatham, 52-42, in the JBL (Jersey Basketball League) Finals. The win capped an 18-0 season and back-to-back championships in the JBL. The Westfield girls finished an impressive 53-2 threeyear run in the JBL. Coaches Pete Strauss, Anthony Tessitore and Neil Beckerman. Players were: Fiona Fichtner, Phoebe Lyons, Taylor Beckerman, Gella Hollins, Angilina Tessitore, Kierstin Oaks, Rhea Desai, Zara Dobek, and Lexi Strauss (not pictured Ava Bloomberg).
