The Westfield High School boys winter track team took top honors at the Union County Tournament Individual Meet held at Ocean Breeze in Staten Island on January 17. The Blue Devil boys totaled 85 team points, followed by Union Catholic at 79 and Scotch Plains-Fanwood at 38. The Cranford Cougars placed sixth with a total of 22.
