SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD The Fanwood-Scotch Plains Service League (FSPSL) is pleased to announce that the organization recently awarded a combined total of $50,000 in student scholarships and grants to 18 Union County community organizations. Included in the donations were awards to our localScotch Plains and Fanwood libraries, rescue squads and firefighters; the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA; Resolve Community Counseling Center; and the Center for Hope Hospice & Palliative Care.
