GARWOOD — Members of the Garwood Borough Council debated last Thursday over just how urgent the need is to replace their aging Fire Department vehicle fleet. The conversation came with the draft introduction of a new Bond Ordinance meant to upgrade two vehicles and finance a number of other infrastructure enhancements around the Borough. All members were present at the meeting.
