CLARK — The Greater Westfield Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce its first-ever Wine + Spirits Festival, taking place on Friday, November 14, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Clark (36 Valley Road, Clark).
This brand-new event invites guests to embark on a global tasting journey, featuring a remarkable selection of wines and spirits from around the world.Attendees will have the opportunity to meet passionate vendors, hear their unique stories, and discover new favorites to enjoy and share throughout the holiday season.
Wine Education and Holiday Inspiration: The evening will feature an exclusive Thanksgiving Wine & Spirits Training and Tasting, led by a professional sommelier. This interactive session will guide participants through perfect holiday pairings, from crisp whites to bold reds, providing insights that will elevate any Thanksgiving table.
Guests can also participate in two floral centerpiece classes hosted by Bloom Society Flowers: Long AND Low Centerpiece Class: A classic elongated design with candles, ideal for rectangular or oblong tables.
Round Centerpiece Class: A full, balanced centerpiece perfect for round or square tables.
Both classes will include step-bystep guidance, color palette and texture discussions, and professional tips for Thanksgiving-themed tablescapes.
