Garwood Teen Faces Murder Charges Following Cranford Hit-And-Run
CRANFORD – The name of the 17-year-old driver who is accused of deliberately killing two teenage girls with his car in Cranford last week has been confirmed through the numerous traffic citations that he received following the hit-and-run incident.
