CRANFORD — Hearings for the proposed Wonder Foods, LLC operations expansion at 42 Jackson Drive entered its third month of testimony on Wednesday during the Cranford Planning Board’s most recent meeting. Board chair Molly Kellett and Vice Chair Juan Carlos Nordelo were absent from the proceedings, which was led by the board’s longest-serving member and Chair pro-temp, Donna Pedda.
