CRANFORD — Cranford Township has levied an official complaint against its former Chief of Police, Ryan Greco, for allegedly refusing to turn over a personal flash drive containing 10 years worth of township “criminal records, police internal affairs files, personnel” and other privileged information that he purportedly obtained without permission or consent.
