St. Vincent & St. Wolfgang Tie In Eight-Inning Struggle, 9-9
What appeared to be a possible wipeout turned out to be anything but when St. Vincent hosted St. Wolfgang at Forest Road Park in Fanwood on August 5. After sizzling with five runs in the bottom of the first inning, St. Vincent cooled down significantly, while St. Wolfgang kept chipping away until the game ended in a 9-9 tie after eight innings due to darkness.
