Blue Devil Girls & Boys Capture Group 4 Lacrosse Crowns
Dominance in forced turnovers, draws and ground balls enabled the top-seeded, No. 9 Westfield High School girls lacrosse team to keep steps ahead of the second-seeded, No. 10 Ridgewood Maroon in a battle for the North Jersey, Group 4 Championship at Gary Kehler Stadium in Westfield on June 10. The 17-4 Blue Devils grabbed an early three-goal lead and maintained it to claim an 85 victory and the crown.
