Westfield NJ Food Pantry Posts 2024 Officers, Trustees

WESTFIELD — The Westfield NJ Food Pantry, a charitable 501(c)(3) food-collection center and no-cost distribution center for food and related aid, has announced its trustees and officers for 2024.

The board includes Matt Power, president; Jennifer Blasi, vice president; Sam Della Fera, treasurer; John O’Brien, secretary; and Trustees Keith Gibbons, Rose O’Hare, Amy Duocher, Hillary Shope and Andrew Cicala.

“We are dedicated to feeding the hungry to the best of our ability,” said Mr. Gibbons.

The Westfield NJ Food Pantry (@WestfieldFoodPantry) has been serving the community since 1980, and the pantry and its services have only grown since then.

The pantry is housed within the Holy Trinity Interparochial School, located at 336 First Street, Westfield. It is open from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Monday through Friday. The organization currently serves over 85 families and more than 275 individuals a month, all of whom are referred by social service agencies, houses of worship and community groups in Union County.

“We have a lot of exciting things coming up in the next year,” said Mr. Gibbons. “We have big dreams for our organization and the impact it can continue to have on our community for years to come.”
