WESTFIELD — Josephine Walsh, operations manager with Mobile Meals of Westfield, was presented with floral arrangements for the organization’s clients by The Rake and Hoe Garden Club of Westfield in time for Valentine’s Day. Rake and Hoe has been a regular contributor of such floral displays.
