CLARK — A federal judge has ruled that Antonio Manata, a former member of the Clark Police Department, will need to appear for mediation with Sheryl M. Goski, Esq. in an attempt to settle the matter of his civil lawsuit against the Union County Prosecutor’s Office (UCPO). Meanwhile, a decision is still pending as to whether Mr. Manata’s lawsuit against the Township of Clark will be consolidated with his case against the UCPO.
