Insert Program No. 1 (You've already printed your Insert)

Your pre-printed advertising piece will be delivered by USPS to our subscribers as a stand-alone Insert in our newspapers. It will also reach those purchasing the newspaper in area stores. If you provide us with a PDF file of your Insert, we will attach it to the online edition of the paper the week it runs.

Deliver 8,000 copies of your pre-printed Insert to our printer, Times-Herald Record. Call Jeff Gruman at (908) 232-4407 for shipping address and additional instructions. Please mail five copies to us at P.O. Box 250 Westfield, New Jersey 07091.

Your Inserts need to arrive at our printer one week before desired publication date. The newspaper is published weekly, every Thursday.

Cost: $800.00 flat charge per run. Payment by credit card or check in advance.

The content is subject to approval. Alternately, provide size, weight of the piece and number of pages. Single Item Standard: pre-folded if applicable, not to exceed 10" x 13", mailing weight from 0.02 to 0.09 oz., paper stock 40-100 lbs. Our newspapers are full-sized broadsheet. Each page is 14" wide by 24" high. (12" by 14" folded).

Insert Program No. 2 (You need your Insert to be printed)

In addition to our normal program, if you send us a PDF file of your Insert (high resolution images, CMYK color, all fonts embedded) we will take care of the rest. No printing by you, no mailing/shipping to our printer ... just send us your PDF file and desired insertion date (when you want it to run) to sales@goleader.com. As above, we will attach it to the online edition of the paper the week your Insert runs. Notification and PDF file needs to be submitted two weeks before desired publication date.

Your Insert will be printed in color on 8.5" x 11" 80# "white" glossy paper stock and inserted into the newspaper by our printer. (Note: this program is only available for double-sided 8.5" x 11" paper size).

Cost: $1,300.00 per run. That's our normal $800.00 + $500.00 to print. Payment by credit card or check in advance.
