Health and Wellness Coach To Visit Westfield Library

WESTFIELD – Residents are invited to attend Health and Wellness Coaching with Staci Nardone, an inperson program designed to help adults reflect on their well-being and take meaningful steps toward lasting change.

The program will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the library’s Meeting Room. Registration is required, and space is limited to 20 participants.

Participants will explore key areas of wellness, including home cooking, physical activity, home environment, relationships, learning, and life balance. Through guided reflection, attendees will craft a personal wellness vision and leave with a concrete, individualized two-week action step to begin putting that vision into practice.

‘We are thrilled to offer this kind of hands-on, personal wellness programming,’ saidAllen McGinley, Director of Westfield Memorial Library. ‘The library has always been a place for growth and discovery, and working with Staci Nardone gives our community a unique opportunity to invest in their own health and wellbeing in a supportive, welcoming environment.’

This program is free and open to adults. Registration is available online at wmlnj.org or by calling the library at 908-789-4090.

Staci Nardone is anAFPACertified Health Coach with a passion for helping people create realistic, lasting lifestyle changes. Before becoming a health coach, she spent seven years as a nonprofit case manager, helping individuals navigate challenges and connect with community resources.
