WESTFIELD — The Westfield Board of Adjustment approved a lot line division at the Westfield Senior Housing Corporation property on Boynton Road which allows the property to qualify for a newly available Federal Home Loan Grant. The eight acre property is owned by the Town and leased to Westfield Senior for fifty years. Board member Paul Eilbacher was absent from the meeting.
