WH Warriors Stop Westfield In Cal Ripken 12U Dist., 4-1

With the exception of one inning, strong pitching took center stage in the Cal Ripken, Jr. 12U District 12 Tournament game between the Watchung Hills Warriors and the Westfield Blue Devils at Gumbert Field 2 in Westfield on June 17. With the game knotted 1-1, the Warriors as the home team, scored three runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to outlast the Blue Devils, 4-1.
