Very little time was taken for the third-seeded, No. 8 Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School boys lacrosse team to assert its dominance on the 14th-seeded Wayne Hills Patriots in the first round of the North Jersey, Group 3 Tournament in Scotch Plains on May 28. The 17-3 Raiders scored seven unanswered goals in the first quarter, added six more goals in the second quarter then cruised to an 164 triumph.
