CRANFORD — The Cranford Township Committee is taking steps to keepArtificial Intelligence data centers out of the community, Mayor Kathleen Miller Prunty announced during Tuesday’s committee meeting. The commissioners plan to introduce an amended ordinance at its June 8 session, removing data centers from the list of approved uses for the Commercial 1 (C1) zone. All commissioners were present for the meeting.
