Put to the test against another highly-ranked team the No. 7 Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School boys lacrosse team trailing, 5-4, notched 10 goals in the second half to muzzle the No. 15 West Morris Wolfpack, 14-11, on April 21 in Scotch Plains. On April 25, the Raiders defeated Bernards, 11-8, to bring their record to 11-1, having lost only to the No. 1 Summit Hilltoppers, 6-5, in overtime The win over the 10-1 Wolfpack earned the Raiders the Waterman Division title. Nick Homer finished with four goals and an assist. Ryan Scarpa netted four goals and scooped a ground ball. Vance Slack scored twice and Brian Kloepfer had a goal, four assists and a ground ball. Noah Brown had a goal, two assists and four ground balls. Cooper Dupuis (4 ground balls) scored once. Sammy Jimenez (ground ball) had a goal and an assist. Colin Kochanowicz dished out a pair of assists.
