CLARK -- The Clark Board of Education held its annual “Showcase of Success” on April 14h. At this meeting, the Governor’s Educators of the Year were recognized as well as the retirement of Valley Road Elementary School Principal Joe Beltramba, and the Carl H. Kumpf Middle School Science Olympiad team.
