GARWOOD --At a recent meeting of the Garwood Citizens Club, the Creative Expressions Art group from the Village at Garwood shared their beautiful original art works with the group. Under the direction of Frances E. Billups, this group displayed their enormous talent. The group regularly meets to express their creativity in a variety of media. This particular group of art work was mostly watercolor.
