MOUNTAINSIDE — A New Jersey Superior Court Judge has ruled that the Borough of Mountainside will need to increase the density of its affordable housing overlay zone if it wishes to remain in compliance with State-level regulations and avoid exposure to developer’s remedy lawsuits.
