Blue Devils Whip Warriors, Fall to Panthers for Swim Title

Seeded second for the North 2, Group A Tournament, the Westfield High School swim boys easily overwhelmed the third-seeded Watchung Hills Warriors, 119.5-50.5, in the semifinal round at Wallace Pool in Westfield on February 9. However, a showdown with the top-seeded, No. 1 Bridgewater-Raritan (BrH2O) Panthers was just two days later and the Blue Devils did not fare so well in a 118-52 setback for the title at the Raritan Bay YMCA.
