CRANFORD – A legal battle that has been stretching out for almost three years between the Township of Cranford and an active member of its Police Department drew to a close last month when a jury voted to acknowledge that former Police Chief Ryan Greco likely retaliated against Lieutenant Timothy O’Brien and acted under color of state law.
