AREA – Three-year-old Jacob is diagnosed with fetal alcohol syndrome and almost completely nonverbal. After his mother suddenly passed away, Jacob bounced from one family member to another until none were available to care for him. Days before Christmas, Jacob entered foster care in order to have a safe and stable home.
