CLARK -- The Clark Volunteer Emergency Squad (CVES) held its annual installation dinner on Sunday, December 7th. The squad was founded on December 71941 by a group of Clark residents who recognized that the people of Clark needed an emergency response team to handle medical problems. While this coincided with Pearl Harbor, these founding members had the foresight to help the township which was still a very rural, mostly a farming community.
