TAKE NOTICE that application has been made to the Cranford Township Committee of the Township of Cranford, 8 Springfield Avenue, Cranford, New Jersey 07016, to transfer to Aryan Spirits, Inc. d/b/a Breens Liquors, for premises located at 21 North Union Avenue, Cranford, New Jersey 07016, the Plenary Retail Distribution License No. 2003-44-003-005 heretofore issued to VNR LLC t/a Breens Liquors for premises located at 21 North Union Avenue, Cranford, New Jersey 07015.

The entity that will hold interest in the license is Aryan Spirits, Inc. whose 100% shareholder is Subham Singh, residing at 7 Stratford Terrace, Cranford, New Jersey 07015.
