Cougars Shut Out Millburn; Play Summit for Section Title

Defensive prowess really came to light when the second-seeded Cranford High School soccer Cougar boys entertained the seventh-seeded Millburn Millers in the semifinal round of the North Jersey, Section 2, Group 3 Tournament at Memorial Field in Cranford on November 11. The ability of the defense to get the ball back to its midfielders and forwards paid dividends and the 15-5 Cougars capitalized with a 2-0 victory.
