Council Candidates Mostly Agree on Election Topics
WESTFIELD – The eight candidates forTown Council last week found themselves mostly in agreement on a number of topics related to the downtown, the One Westfield Place development, environmental issues, pedestrian and traffic safety, the Tamaques Park project and the use of PILOTs.
