SCOTCH PLAINS – Two weeks after the e-bike fatality involving the 13-year-old township resident, members of the township council this week joined a number of residents in pushing not only for revised regulations regarding the use of e-bikes but also more awareness by drivers of cyclists traveling on local streets.
