WESTFIELD — Residents could see a new, single-family home at 555 Mountain Avenue after the Westfield Planning Board unanimously approved a subdivision of the 24,000square-foot property during its meeting on Monday. All members of the Board were present, and were joined by Mayor Shelley Brindle.
