It took the No. 4 Westfield High School girls soccer team just seven minutes and seven seconds to find the back of the net in a game against the Montclair Bulldogs at Gary Kehler Stadium in Westfield. It started from the midfield with crisp passing and then a shifty move by co-captain AshleyYenawine to find junior Emilie Cadigan open in the box for a sweet finish, winning the game 1-0 on September 27. Coming off a dominant 71, win in their prior game against David Brearley, the girls were ready for battle, facing the team they played in the North Jersey, Section 2, Group 4 semifinal last year, Montclair.
