GARWOOD- During Mayor Jen Blumenstock’s report at last Thursday’s Mayor and Council meeting, she announced that Garwood has officially been certified by the New Jersey Film Commission, which makes it part of a database used by film and television production companies to find filming locations in the state of New Jersey.
