FANWOOD — Councilwoman Erin McElroy-Barker decried some of the rhetoric directed at the local government by some residents in recent months, saying she is always open to “respectful discussions where we listen and we talk,” but that she is “tired of the rhetoric and the accusations that are made” against members of the governing body.
