Rahway Indians Get the Jump On SPF Football Raiders, 35-7
One week after a heartbreaking, 35-33, setback to Willingboro, the Rahway High School football team was eager to get into the win column in a match-up with the hosting Scotch Plains-Fanwood Raiders on September 5. The Indians engineered a grueling ground game to grab a 21-0 halftime lead then shifted to a successful passing game to emerge with a 35-7 victory.
