COUNTY – The Union County Board of County Commissioners and the Town of Westfield invite residents with disabilities and special needs, along with their friends and families, to participate in “Paint by the Pond,” on Saturday, August 9, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Mindowaskin Park, located at 385 East Broad Street in Westfield.
