BATON ROUGE, La. — Chanel Dickey and Cintya Gonzalez, both residents of Scotch Plains, recently were elected to membership into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society, at Kean University.
