FANWOOD — Paul Allen, currently a rising senior at Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School, completed his Eagle Scout Project at the Fanwood Nature Center on May 31. In coordination between the Fanwood Environmental Commission and Boy Scout Troop 33, he decided to reconstruct a section of the boardwalk path along Luisi’s Trail.
