CLARK — During the regular meeting of the Clark Township Council Monday evening, Council President Bill Smith suspended the regular order of business to recognize Boy and Cub Scout Troop 145 leaders, Ed Merola, John Cistaro, Sharon Prusakowski, and Hernan Garcia, for their exceptional leadership and guidance over the last decade.
