GARWOOD — During Thursday night’s meeting of the Garwood mayor and council, resident and poet Sheila Moreira was honored with a Community Spirit Award for her poem, “I Wish For All My Neighbors,” which she read at the Garwood Partnership for Arts and Culture Poetry Festival back in April.
