Westfield Police Department Welcomes New Chaplain
WESTFIELD — The Reverend Alison VanBuskirk Philip, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Westfield, was recently sworn in as the town’s newest police chaplain. The role, Police Chief Christopher Battiloro said, is a vitally important one that will help the department to further strong community relationships.
