MOUNTAINSIDE — Mountainside residents can expect to see their municipal tax obligations increase by about $177 in order to offset rising costs and mandated contractual expenses. The borough will need to raise approximately $10,596,031 in taxes this year, Mayor Paul Mirabelli said, speaking during the council’s annual budget hearing on Tuesday.
